To create this beautiful outdoor living space, we removed an existing painted wooden deck that was deteriorating, lacked interest, and provided limited functionality. In its place, J Squared installed a paver patio with a half-moon bump out, increasing the size, function, and creative use of the space. A grilling station was installed to house the client’s grill and provide extra counter space. Limestone treads and a tumbled stone planter box provided an elegant transition from the existing porch to the new paver patio. Texture and color played an important role in bringing an additional element of interest to this backyard makeover.
